(b. 1953) Born in Hanoi in 1953, Le Quan graduated from the Hanoi Fine Arts College in 1973 and the Hanoi Fine Arts University in 1982. Since 1980, he had become the Chief Designer for Vietnam Song, Music and Dance Theatre. He won the gold medal in the National Theater Festival for the design of the play “Conical Hat with Poem”(1980) and the play “Noi Dau Tinh me” (1990). He also received recognition for his work for the play “Tran Thanh Ngo”(1985) and “La Dieu bong”(1999). He joined group exhibitions locally and abroad from 1968 to 2012.
